Gijs Limborgh and Bart Spangenberg have developed an app that helps to create healthy habits in a fun, easy, and effective way. NewU aims to improve many aspects in the everyday life such as nutrition, sleep, stress reduction, and can even help with quitting smoking. The NewU app focuses on habit-formation to stimulate (intrinsic) motivation. VU students and employees can use the app for free, sign up here!
